Evident Operations helps small teams improve the systems and day-to-day processes behind their work. Some clients need help figuring out why an existing system has become difficult to use. Others need a new workflow built for a growing business, or experienced administrative support for a specific project.
Services are available as one-off engagements or through ongoing operational retainers. Our project pricing is based on the scope of the work. Administrative support is priced according to the agreed hours and tasks, with the work clearly defined in the contract. Ongoing operational retainers start at 20 hours per month and can extend to 80 hours, depending on the scope of support needed.

Operations Audit
Pricing based on the size of a company and complexity of existing systems
When a system is creating problems, it can be difficult to see where things started going wrong. An Operational Audit examines a specific system or multiple connected systems to identify sources of friction and areas for improvement. The audit is diagnostic, so it does not include building or changing the system. You receive recommendations that you can implement internally or use as the basis for further work with Evident Operations.

Operations Clean-Up
Pricing based on the scope of each individual engagement
Sometimes the tools and systems themselves are not the problem. Rather, the way they are being used has simply made them more challenging to manage. Operations Clean-Up focuses on an existing system that needs to be organized and brought back into shape. This might involve cleaning up file names and folder structures or standardizing how information is entered into a CRM. The work improves what is already there without creating a new system or implementing any new tools.

System Build-Out
Pricing based on the scope of each individual engagement
A new business need may call for a new workflow, or an existing system may no longer fit the way a team works. System Build-Out covers the creation or replacement of a system for a specific operational need. Depending on the project, this could include implementing a new tool, redesigning an existing tool or system, process automation, team training, a comprehensive guide explaining how to use and maintain the new system, whatever is necessary to create something that your team will actually use and improve their efficiency.

Ongoing Retainers
Pricing is based on the needs and number of hours a team needs per month, starting at a minimum of 20 hours per month up to 80 hours per month
An ongoing retainer takes a broader view of the business. Instead of working on one specific system, Evident Operations provides continued operational support across the areas that need attention. This can include evaluating existing systems, improving processes, maintaining previous work, and addressing new operational needs as they come up. Retainers are structured around the team’s needs and budget.

Administrative Support
Pricing is based on each individual engagement
Administrative Support is available as an add-on to ongoing operational retainers as well as for defined projects that require experienced administrative help without the need for a full-time hire. Projects can include expense reporting, invoice management, or non-urgent scheduling. Hours and tasks are agreed upon in advance and clearly outlined in the contract, keeping the scope of work defined from the start.
