I’ve built my career as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership in investment and client-driven environments where precision, discretion, and operational reliability are the baseline. My work has centered on creating structure behind the scenes, supporting leaders in high-pressure environments where organization and consistency are essential to how work gets done.
This experience spans both small and mid-sized teams where strong systems are just as important as in larger organizations, but day-to-day operations are maintained by a much smaller group of people balancing multiple responsibilities. As a result, there is a premium on systems that are efficient, clear, and lightweight to operate. This approach is the foundation of Evident Operations.
